Business submissions

When you submit a business or request a correction, we store the information you provide in the directory database. This may include your name and email, business name, business phone and website, service areas, services, pricing approach, description, and optional verification or correction notes.

For featured-listing review, we also store the public pricing sheet link, public customer review profile link, and review count reported by the business owner. A reviewer uses these details to confirm a public pricing sheet and at least 100 verifiable customer reviews.

We store your declared operating states and any optional network membership claim or reference you provide. Operating states help us review service areas; membership details are used only to check eligibility for an optional network label. Network membership is not required for a directory listing.

We use submission information to review the request, maintain accurate profiles, and respond to you. Submissions remain private until reviewed. Approved business information, operating states, and public evidence links, including the pricing sheet and review profile, may appear on the published profile. A network membership label may be published after that status is confirmed. Your private contact name, contact email, review notes, raw network membership declaration, and optional membership reference are not included in the public profile.

Saved haulers stay on your device

The shortlist uses your browser’s local storage to remember the profiles you save. It is specific to that browser and device, and it does not create an account or synchronize across devices. Remove a saved hauler using its save control, or clear this site’s browser storage to remove the shortlist.

Hosting and sign-in

The website and its database are hosted through ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. If a page requires ChatGPT sign-in, the hosting platform handles authentication. Authorized directory management uses that identity to control access.

Direct business links

Calling a listed phone number or opening a business website connects you directly with that business. Its own privacy practices apply to information you provide there. The directory does not take customer payments or process hauling bookings.

We have not added advertising trackers or an analytics service to this directory.

Corrections and removal requests

Use the submission form to request a correction, ask a privacy question, or request removal of information you supplied. Include enough detail to identify the record. We may need to confirm your relationship to a business before changing its published profile.
